FILM SUBMISSIONS
Submissions for the Toronto International Digital Video Festival 2000 will be accepted until midnight, October 27th, 2000 and must abide by the following:
For foreign submissions, indicate "preview cassette, no commercial value" on the customs form to avoid having your tape held at customs. All films submitted will be kept in our archives with the understanding that they will not be shown outside of the festival without the prior consent of the film's owner. We at the Toronto International DV Festival understand what it is like to submit a film through the mail. To alleviate some of your concerns, we have provided an online submission notification form which you can fill out. If we do not receive your submission within 4 weeks, we will contact you to let you know that you might need to track the film down through the mail or resubmit it. Be assured that by submitting your films to any other festival, you are not conflicting with the rules of our festival and your submissions will still be accepted. We look forward to receiving your submissions. |
